About our Short Nutrition Course

Our online or in-class nutrition course is designed to answer questions from everyday life situations. Helping you to understand how healthy nutrition and diet can prevent illness or help you to lose weight naturally, whilst debunking common nutrition myths and incorrect information.

Consisting of 12 in-depth lectures, the Nutrition for Everyday Living Course is created for anybody who wants to learn more about healthy nutrition. The in-class course is held over two weekends at the CNM college in London, whilst the Online course can be conveniently completed from home in 60 hours.
